R. Les applications peuvent êtres lancées d'un grand nombre d'endroits :

• a partir du ligne Run= ou load= dans le win.ini (applications 16 bits)
• a partir du menu démarrer - Programmes - démarrage pour l'utilisateur courant ou tous les utilisateurs.
• Grâces a la base de registre et les clés :

Le plus simple est d'utiliser la fonction de recherche de l'editeur de la base de registre (REGEDIT) .
